FT-iZ Drivers
- Graphite: Single $399.00
Product Overview
In our never-ending mission to find more distance and accuracy for golfers, Callaway Golf’s engineers used an entirely new design to once again produce a driver that’s longer and straighter than anything we’ve ever made. The following technical features are incorporated to accomplish this goal and help golfers break through their speed barrier.
- Polar Weighting utilizes a heavy face and a heavy in-line power source in the rear, localizing weight at the front and back of the driver.
- The Chemically Milled Hyperbolic Face Cup uses a chemical reduction process to selectively remove unwanted material for precision thickness control.
- The Aerodynamic Body Design uses a progressive shape to produce our most efficient high inertia clubhead ever.
- Fusion® Technology exploits extreme weight placement by utilizing cast titanium, compression cured carbon fiber, formed aluminum and cast steel.
- High performance Aldila VooDoo shafts are engineered as the ideal complement to the FT-iZ Drivers.

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-iZ Drivers:
Still can't believe it. I was playing a Diablo, which I liked very much--and still do. But a friend had an FT-iZ, and was out-driving me by several yards. I didn't like it. So I bought an FT-iZ on one of those if-you-don't-like-it-return-it deals. First time out, I hit it 50 yards OVER a fairway tree I formerly had to work around. I hit 12 of 14 fairways with it the first time I used it. Anybody need a good Diablo?

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-iZ Drivers:
Performance is much better than with my prior driver. I am getting through the ball better and I have the confidence to swing harder. Driving is the weakest part of my game and the FT-iz has caused a notable improvement right off the bat. My first round with it was the first time I found the fairway with more than half of my drives. Length is impressive too.

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-iZ Drivers:
Because I can swing more easily, the increase in distance has been remarkable. The FT iZ has a more firm feel than the FT iQ. I did not like the standard grip on either edition and I will be changing to a more feel oriented grip than that which is supplied with the purchase.

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-iZ Drivers:
My buddie's told me to try this and try that for my slice, so instead I bought this club and it has fixed it by 80% and 20 yrds. more. So try this FT-iz slicer's! With draw.

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-iZ Drivers:
This driver is great. Myself I just upgraded to nicer clubs from an awful offbrand. This driver felt so different. It is extremely light but well balanced to help you swing smoothly. I have not been able to master it yet but even with bad contact this driver will put the ball further than I have ever seen! It makes great contact off of the ball and send the ball rocketing off of the tee. One thing to know though if you hit it for a slice or hook this things performs! It will show no mercy in those swings and will curve fast! The only problem is the grip. The grip is nice and good for most players but my hands sweat a lot and once, after three hours of practice, It slipped out of my hand.

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-iZ Drivers:
Very smooth and solid. Very forgiving and long when you put a smooth effortless swing on the ball. I am not one to buy every new driver that comes along like some but after deciding to go from a 10.5 degree to a 10 degree I decided to go with this driver after researching. I love it!

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-iZ Drivers:
At the beginning of the season I purchased a Ping G15 driver and found the club not very forgiving and difficult to control. I then purchased the Callaway and everything changed for the better. Probably the easiest driver I have ever hit.
